General Rules
1. The club is a non-political, non-sectarian organisation formed to promote the interests of all Republic of Ireland Soccer Supporters
2. Any member found guilty of selling tickets on the black market will automatically be expelled.
3. All club transactions (with the exception of raffles) must be made by cheque, bankers order or postal order.
4. Membership fees as shown on the application form will be due on or before 1st April each year.
5. A person may be a member of one branch of the club only at any time.
6. No member may stand for election unless he/she has signaled his/her intention to do so in writing.
7. All nominations for officers or committee must be received in writing at least one month before the AGM.
8. Any member deemed to have brought the club into disrepute can at the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee be:
(a) Warned in writing
(b) Suspended
(c) Expelled
8a Any decision of the Displinary Committee may be appealed in writing to the full committee.
8b Decisions of the full committee can be appealed at a club meeting to the members. This decision is final.
The Disciplinary Committee members are The Chairman, The Secretary and The Treasurer.
9. All committee members and officers must be elected at the AGM.
10. All members will be provided with an ID card on initial acceptance and then with a yearly validation card on payment of subscriptions.

N.B.
(i) Membership of the ROISSC does not guarantee match tickets for any Ireland match, home or away.
(ii) No membership application will be accepted without the appropiate fee and passport photographs.
